Service Times

Daycare Centre

The daycare centre is open from 8am to 6pm.

Please ensure your dog is in by 10am at the latest if they are booked in for a walk that day too.

Daycare pick ups/drop offs

We can collect your dog from within a 5 mile radius of Exmouth.

We pick up between 8am-9am and drop off between 6pm-7pm.

If your dog is booked for a drop off after a half day AM we will drop them home after 1pm.

If they are booked for a pick up for a half day PM we will pick them up before 1pm.

Early/Late Drop off/Pick up

We offer pre-arranged early drop off and late pick up from our home, from 7am for early drop off and until 8pm for late pick up.

Sundays & Bank Holidays

Our daycare centre is open Monday to Saturday but on Sundays and bank holidays we work from home.

Most timings are the same except that we start our day from 9am.

So any visits, pick ups, drop offs etc will be from 9am and early drop off from 8am rather than 7am.

Daycare can be a great alternative for your dog to being at home alone all day.

We offer socialisation, enrichment and entertainment to keep your furry family member happy, healthy and sociable.

We offer full days, half days and hourly care.

We also offer a pick up and drop off service within a 5 mile radius.

We offer daycare walks too, for an additional fee.

Once registered you can come to the daycare centre after hours with your dog to have a chat and a look/sniff around.

We then offer a free half day trial session to enable us to get to know and assess your dog. This is so we can make sure they are going to be happy and comfortable in our care.

Our staff are on hand all day to care for your dog and treat them as they would their own.

Staff are all fully trained and DBS checked.

We provide indoor and ourdoor play. We also ensure the dogs have some learning and downtime with our organised routine of structured play and nap times.

As you can see from our floorplan our daycare centre is made up of a series of rooms and two outside areas which are divided by high fencing and gates.

The green outside area has a second door with direct access to the puppy play area for more frequent toilet trips. The puppy room has less furniture for more play space and plenty of toys and blankets.

The lazy room has a sofa for dogs to relax on, best suited for older and lower energy dogs.

Our second play room doubles as a nap area by adding a few extra beds, dimming the lights and adding soothing music.

Both of our office/calm rooms are spaces we use for dogs who need more constant human companionship or attention. They contain lots of beds and chew toys rather than more energetic toys and calming scents.
